**Process Engineer** (France and Germany respectively (4 in total).
Preferably you will need to be bilingual and be prepared to work in **Paris **and **Cologne, **respectively.
Contract Rate 600-700 per day Process Engineer Responsibilities.
Use proven methodologies to deliver solutions for new process design and/or existing process improvements. Serve as SME for a variety of process design and process improvement initiatives. Lead workstreams as part of process diagnostics and design to identify impactful opportunities for operational improvements across end-to-end value streams. Work alongside team members from the business to understand the current situation, identify drivers for improvement, analyse root causes of performance gaps, and redesign end-to-end processes that meet business and customer needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure upstream enablers and downstream impacts are comprehensively considered. Use data to validate solutions and provide tangible evidence for bottom-line impacts

Qualifications.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Master Black Belt certification.
Experience in the Insurance sector, particularly in the Property and Casualty space. Experience in the Insurance Industry and/or with Customer Journey Mapping
