**SideCare** recherche son prochain(e) **Team Lead Marketing** pour piloter des initiatives audacieuses et accélérer notre croissance En tant que Team Lead Marketing, tu seras le (la) stratège et le moteur de nos campagnes marketing. Tes missions si tu les acceptes:

- **Accélérer la génération de leads qualifiés**:

- Concevoir des campagnes d’acquisition multi-canaux intelligentes (SEO, événements physiques, hors SEA).
- Créer des landing pages optimisées pour capturer l’intention et maximiser le taux de conversion.
- **Créer des expériences engageantes**:

- Développer des outils interactifs comme des simulateurs d’économies ou des audits en ligne.
- Produire des contenus à forte valeur ajoutée pour activer les prospects rapidement.
- **Booster la rétention et le cross-sell**:

- Exploiter des innovations comme la SideCard pour démontrer notre expertise unique.
- Fidéliser les DRH grâce à des automatisations et des parcours clients fluides.
- **Animer et fédérer notre communauté**:

- Créer des contenus engageants pour informer et rassembler notre communauté de DRH et salariés.
- Organiser des échanges et événements pour dynamiser notre réseau.

- Tu as une expérience de 3 ans réussie dans une boîte Tech en croissance
- Tu as une expérience significative en marketing digital et growth.
- Tu excelles dans la gestion de campagnes multi-canaux et la création de contenus engageants.
- Tu maîtrises les outils d’automatisation marketing et les pratiques d’optimisation SEO/UX.
- Tu es un(e) communicant(e) hors pair, capable de fédérer une équipe et une communauté.
- Tu aimes l’innovation et tu as un attrait particulier pour les produits disruptifs.
- Bonus : tu maîtrises HubSpot.

**Déroulement des entretiens**:
Un premier échange avec Lisa, Junior People Operations ;
Un échange avec Benoît, Chief of Staff, suivi d’un cas pratique ;
Un échange avec Ulysse, Growth Hacker ;
Un dernier échange avec Anna, co fondatrice et Directrice Générale

Rémunération : à partir de 35 000,00€ par an
