**Le client**

Venez rejoindre un **groupe industriel international**, leader Européen des **marchés de la fermeture, de l’accès et de l’outdoor.**

Manpower Conseil Recrutement Haute-Savoie recherche pour son client un **Product Line Manager H/F** en **CDI.**

**Votre rôle **:Accélérer **l’innovation et les synergies **dans la « **Business Unit Outdoor **» (Stores, Toits terrasse et Pergolas).

**Les missions**

**Votre mission**:
Organiser et consolider la connaissance du groupe sur les marchés de **l’outdoor et de la concurrence**
Animer l’instruction du **plan produit pluriannuel groupe pour l’outdoor** en lien avec les centres de compétence
Superviser les **projets du groupe**

Pour ce faire vous vous appuierez sur **les équipes locales de 3 centres de compétence** spécialisés dans l’outdoor, en **France, Allemagne et Hollande.**

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Etre le référent applicatif du groupe pour les **gammes produits outdoor** (Stores, Toîts Terrasse, Pergolas)
- Organiser le **partage des informations produits entre les centres de compétence et consolider les données**:

- Mise en œuvre et animation d’un **cycle plan produit annuel**:

- Consolider les **tendances marché, organiser la veille concurrentielle**:

- Organiser la **collaboration entre les centres de compétences**:

- Participer à **l’intégration de nouvelles sociétés et suivre le plan de synergies**

Vous êtes basé à Annecy et à Thyez (74). Mais **déplacements à l'international **à prévoir

**Le profil**

**Profil recherché par notre client**
- Formation **Bac +5 Ecole de commerce ou ingénieur **avec une solide expérience en product management dans un **environnement technique**:

- Fort **Leadership et capacité d’animation transversale**:

- Expérience significative de **collaboration internationale**:

- Parfaite maîtrise de **l’anglais **et si possible de **l’allemand**
