As a Product Marketing Manager, you will become a key player in our product strategy. You will be responsible for managing the entire product offering in alignment with consumer expectations and the brand vision. In collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, you will shape innovative concepts, influence the strategic positioning of our products, and ensure the development of a range that meets market trends and distribution challenges. This strategic role combines leadership, creativity, and expertise in a dynamic and passionate environment.

**Your main missions**:

- Develop and manage the strategic vision for the sport and its positioning.
- Identify market trends and the needs of consumers and retailers.
- Structure and manage the product offering in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure product innovation and development while maintaining alignment with brand concepts.
- Develop and support a team of product line managers to achieve their professional and business objectives.

**Your detailed responsibilities**:
**Scope**:

- Develop and position concepts in collaboration with marketing teams, aligned with the vision of the sport.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as margins and lead times, in conjunction with merchandising teams.
- Participate in the development of communication tools, sales arguments, and product launch strategies.
- Actively contribute to the innovation plan and product development projects.

**Responsible purchasing practices**:

- Collaborate with global teams to ensure responsible purchasing practices in line with the Fair Labor Association's Code of Conduct.
- Participate in regular training and evaluations to maintain the ethical standards of the supply chain.
