Job Description*
We are looking for a **Pattern Making & Product Development Senior Manager W/M** to: *
- Lead apparel pattern and development team focusing on technical product range. Drive product excellence (fit and construction) as well as consistency (document and secure construction standards) in regards of marketing and design brief.

**You will work in close collaboration with our design, marketing, sourcing, quality, supply and operations teams.**
**You will report directly to the Operations Director.**

Main Activities: *
- Manage ADC apparel pattern and development team (workload assignment, objectives definition, individual performance evaluation, coaching, raise technical expertise)
- Ensure in-house pattern execution (Lectra and CLO) and new volumes definition for production (prototype) according to the designs and marketing brief concept
- Participate in focus groups to meet consumer needs
- Own the pattern block library for both ADC and SDC and ensure its completeness in regards of new product briefs
- Own grading rules
- Own fitting sessions on mannequins
- Ensure execution of the patterns from the prototyping workshop or factories, identify the problems during the development procedure and propose corrective solutions
- Collaborate with the development team in Shanghai to help finalize the range
- Own product development standards
- Ensure construction standards definition to solve consumer problems and maintain operational efficiency and consistency
- Consistent competitive watch to push forward our own product performance
- Supervise development projects and secure execution timelines
- Check that new concepts/design components and materials are industrialisable, respect schedules
