Technical Sales and Service Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Sales & Business Development**:
- Promote and sell our range of thermal analysis equipment and high-temperature furnaces to existing and potential clients across various laboratories and industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
**- Technical Support & Service**:
- Provide after-sales technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Install, commission, and test thermal analysers and furnaces at customer sites.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems both remotely and on-site.
- Conduct user training for clients on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through timely and efficient responses to inquiries and issues.
- Offer technical advice and assistance to clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
**- Reporting & Documentation**:
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on sales activities, service interventions, and market trends.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls and sales efforts through CRM systems.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- A degree or diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
- Proven experience in technical sales or customer service within a related industry (thermal analysis, furnaces, or scientific instruments is a plus).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-tech equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (French and English fluency is essential).
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits and service calls.
