**Hogsalt,** an American restaurant group,** **is looking for a dedicated and experienced **Full Time** **Server Assistant** to join our team at **La Renommée** in the 1st Arrondissement**.**

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant; Hospitality CAP preferred.
- Must have the legal right to work in France.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in-writing in both French and English.
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting, and stooping.
- Love of exceptional food, modern drink, and exquisite style.

**Expérience et Qualifications**:

- Plus d’un an d'expérience de travail dans un restaurant à service complet à volume élevé, CAP/ diplômes en hôtellerie/restauration préférable.
- Doit parler et écrire couramment le français et l'anglais.
- Passion pour l'excellence, normes de service extraordinaire et attitude positive avec un esprit d'équipe.
- Disponibilité ouverte, y compris les nuits, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
- Capacité à se tenir debout, à marcher et à se déplacer tout au long du quart de travail, y compris en se penchant, en soulevant et en se baissant fréquemment.
- Amour de la nourriture exceptionnelle, des boissons modernes et du style exquis.
