**Présentation**

Dans le cadre de notre programme visant à promouvoir l'égalité des chances, l'association Vox Populi recherche un stagiaire pour juillet 2025 pour son partenaire, l'un des leaders mondiaux de l'investissement privé. Le stagiaire sélectionné participera à une formation de 5 jours gratuite sur les soft skills du 25 au 29 Novembre, dans le but de le préparer aux codes et aux valeurs de l'entreprise partenaire. À l'issue de cette formation, il aura l'opportunité de passer un entretien avec le service des ressources humaines.

**Descriptif du stage**:
Au sein d’une équipe de 6 personnes (Fund Finance Co-Investissement), le stagiaire aura pour mission d’accompagner les contrôleurs financiers dans leurs tâches quotidiennes et notamment:

- Analyse et reporting de la performance des portefeuilles et fonds d’investissement
- Suivi et contrôle des flux financiers : investissements, désinvestissement ou charges
- Suivi de la trésorerie : préparation des mises en paiement ou des recommandations de paiement (appels/distributions des investissements et calibrage des flux investisseurs)
- Contrôle et validation des états comptables et financiers des fonds d’investissement
- Préparation des valorisations trimestrielles (informations reçues de la part des fonds sous-jacents ajustées des flux)

Cette liste n’est pas limitative et évoluera en fonction des capacités du stagiaire et des besoins de l’équipe.

**Profil**:

- Etudiant en 3ème année d’Ecole de Commerce ou d’Ingénieur avec une spécialisation finance
- Une première expérience en cabinet d’audit, contrôle financier ou finance appréciée
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel souhaitée
- Bonnes connaissances comptables et financières
- Anglais courant

**Modalités du stage**:

- Convention de stage obligatoire
- Remboursement du titre de transport (60%) et tickets restaurant
- Rémunération selon profil

Rémunération : à partir de 400,00€ par mois
