**Missions**:

Support opérationnel des fonds:

- Soutenir les opérations d’investissement
- Surveiller les niveaux de trésorerie et les prévisions de flux de trésorerie des Fonds
- Suivi des mouvements de trésorerie Soutenir le lancement de nouveaux fonds et de SPV d’investissement

Reporting et contrôle des fonds:

- Mettre à jour et assurer l’exactitude des données dans le système de déclaration des fonds (eFront)
- Contrôler le NAV (par le biais de contrôles de répertoire ou de contrôles clés) préparé par le comptable/administrateur externe
- Assurer la qualité des données et communiquer les KPI des fonds aux autres départements du groupe (Finance, Investissement, Ventes, Conformité.) Participer à l’examen périodique et à la rédaction des procédures internes

Analyse financière et suivi des performances:

- Analyser la performance des fonds, les projections de flux de trésorerie et préparer des rapports ad-hoc pour les investisseurs
- Comprendre les statuts du fonds et préparer des documents de synthèse Participer à la production de rapports trimestriels au niveau des fonds

Fund operational support:

- Support investment operations,
- Monitor Fund cash levels and cashflow forecasts,
- Follow-up on cash movements, Support the launch of new funds and investment SPV.

Fund reporting and controlling:

- Update and ensure the accuracy of data in the fund reporting system (eFront),
- Control the NAV (through reperformance or key controls) prepared by the external accountant/administrator,
- Ensure quality of data and communicate fund KPI to other departments within the group (Finance, Investment team, Sales, compliance.) Participate to the periodical review and drafting of internal procedures.

Financial analysis and performance monitoring:

- Analyse fund performance, cashflow projections and prepare ad-hoc investor reporting,
- Understand fund by-laws and prepare summary documents,
- Participate to the production of quarterly reporting at fund level.

- Master 1 ou Master 2 en finance,
- Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et dynamique, vous savez faire preuve de curiosité, d'enthousiasme, d'agilité
- Bonne maîtrise d'Excel,
- Première experience en audit, immobilier, ou comptabilité Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

- Master 1 or Master 2 in Finance,
- You are organized, rigorous and dynamic, you know how to show curiosity enthusiasm and agility
- Good command of Excel,
- First experience in audit, real estate or accounting Fluent in French and English.
