**Description de l'entreprise**: **Description du poste**: En tant que Head of Growth, vous serez responsable d'une équipe de 3 personnes pour accélérer le revenu de l'entreprise tout au long du schéma AARRR. Vous reporterez directement à la CMO.Vos responsabilités : Pour mener à bien votre mission, vos principales activités seront :#Gestion et Suivi des KPIGestion budgétaire des outils Outbound et Inbound, ownership des dashboards de pilotage ;Responsabilité de la performance, suivi du taux de conversion tout le long du funnel de vente et allocation des ressources en fonction des leviers de croissance B2B Optimisation et suivi des campagnes SEA sur du Paid B2B (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads) et SEO ;Management / Sales Training. Management et coaching d'une équipe Animation de points d'équipe et coordination des sujets cross-teams ;Formation des nouveaux sales aux outils Growth et CRM ; Tactiques Growth. Identifier de nouveaux canaux d'acquisition Co-piloter avec l'équipe sales le lancement de campagnes Lemlist ; Améliorations du site web avec l'équipe produit ; Opérations avancées de scraping avec l'équipe data ; Optimisation des automatisations (Zapier) ; Coordination Brand Content. Divers Création de landing pages ; Gestion des briefs pour activer notre cible B2B avec l'équipe marketing ; Aide au choix et brainstorm de contenu avec la Brand Content Manager pour notre stratégie éditoriale. **Description du profil**: Vous avez 5+ ans d'expérience en Growth Marketing B2B;Vous avez de préférence un expérience préalable en start-up avec une expérience sales ou liée aux enjeux commerciaux (CRM, Cold Mailing, Lead Nurturing) ;Vous avez une forte appétence pour la food ;Vous êtes à la fois analytique, avec une bonne capacité de synthèse mais aussi créatif et force de proposition pour trouver des \"hacks\" ;Vous êtes organisé(e) et savez gérer plusieurs projets avec différents collaborateurs et collaborer avec plusieurs équipes ;Vous êtes débrouillard(e) afin de tester et expérimenter rapidement des messages et audiences.A compétences égales, l'entreprise donne la priorité aux personnes handicapées et aux autres bénéficiaires de l'obligation d'emploi.
