**Job Description**:
The **Head of Centre of Excellence and Operational Procurement **is accountable for aligning procurement strategies and programs with the overall objectives of the organization by establishing a management team that is responsible for improving best practices across procurement. Responsible for data, analytics and reporting governance, risk mitigation and supplier compliance, procurement excellence knowledge and capability expertise, and Source-to-Contract strategy and execution. He/She is also responsible for all the operational procurement processes, aiming standardization, automation and processes efficiencies. Responsible for sustaining the organization day-to-day business operations and accountable for the insource and outsource full end to end service delivered across all regions.

During the first months (around 18 months) you will be **leading the digitalization stream for the Procurement evolution program**, building up the digital procurement organization. This role will lead the data analytics and digital track, delivering the following: Design of the new operating model, including processes and tech stack. Design the global digital organization for Procurement, including jobs, capabilities, and roadmap. Define the business case for the data and digital transformation. Responsible for leading the technology to get deep insights into all spend. Research and define the best options for tools and platform for project mgt, value tracking, risk management, supplier management.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Develop the sourcing execution and contract management strategy by leading regional heads for sourcing execution and contract management. Ensure accomplishment of the source to contract goals by defining needs, researching the market, running sourcing events, vetting suppliers, and negotiating contracts.
- Lead and manage Data and Analytics related to spend, contract, compliance, value tracking &reporting, cost modeling and category specifics. Establish analytics, metrics and mechanisms to monitor and measure performance and success. Ensure relevant data and analytics to build the category strategy, sourcing strategy and Supplier Segmentation Model. Lead reporting governance and financial analysis.
- Risk and Compliance management: Oversees risk control, consortium buying, supplier compliance management. Preaches process compliance in the process execution.
- Procurement excellence: Capability definition, knowledge management, training, process and organization management. Responsible for disseminating knowledge in the form of best practices, looking for opportunities to promote collaboration across category teams and clear processes, methodologies, and models. Focus on enabling innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage the correct flow of orders, daily follow up and contact with suppliers to guarantee the material available according to the lead time, when requested by Regional or Local Manager identifying and procuring the goods and services that the organization requires, negotiate lead times if punctual demand or demanded by regional / local Manager, provide input for new sources and suppliers to regional managers.
- Manage the delivery centers on end to end source to pay for Indirect/ Direct procurement
- Oversee internal and external operational team performance that provide service at global level.
- Ensure SLA’s and KPI’s for the different services: PO check, Helpdesk Vendor and content management teams
- Responsible for supplier performance management: Supplier onboarding, On-going supplier performance reporting, Periodic supplier collaboration reviews, Execute Supplier development project, Perform supplier offboarding, Manage Supply base, Quality & non-compliance checks
- Provide input to aid on negotiating directly with vendors to get the best possible pricing and payment options.
