**Job summary**
Reporting to our Corporate Sales Director based in the Netherlands, the Senior Account Executive contributes to revenue growth within the Corporate segment by managing opportunities and deals on a daily basis in their client portfolio, fostering long-term client relationships, and enhancing Valiantys’ market presence. This role requires proven sales experience, a solid understanding of the client landscape, and a strong ability to collaborate across departments to achieve targets
**Purpose and Responsibilities**
**Sales and Revenue Generation**
- Drive growth and profitability by identifying opportunities and closing deals within an assigned client portfolio
- Execute targeted sales strategies focused on the specific Corporate customer segment to meet revenue targets while optimizing the attach rate
- Develop and implement a pipeline generation plan by identifying focus accounts and key campaigns to maximize sales opportunities within the assigned area
- Acquire new logos by prospecting, qualifying, and winning new clients, while also expanding relationships within existing accounts.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and foster long-term client relationships through regular communication, fostering trust and satisfaction
- Engage with clients, to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely support
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expanding service offerings
- Support, and occasionally lead, presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
**Forecasting and Reporting**
- Prepare, update, and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports, with supervision
- Regularly monitor your sales performance, enabling timely adjustments to strategies for meeting targets
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards
**Knowledge Development and Accreditation**
- Maintain knowledge of Valiantys services offerings & Atlassian stack, to provide informed recommendations
- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including Atlassian certification/accreditation, to support sales efforts and ensure credibility
**Collaboration and Team Effort**
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates on sales progress and supporting collective objectives

**Do You Have What It Takes to be our future Account Executive ?**
You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development — ideally within IT or software.
Driven by targets, you thrive in a performance-oriented environment and consistently turn opportunities into results.
A strong communicator, you feel at ease engaging with both technical and business stakeholders, building trust and credibility along the way.
Proactive and ambitious, you embrace the challenge of winning new business, growing accounts, and exceeding expectations. Taking initiative and owning your results come naturally to you.
You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, combining remote work with on-site collaboration.
