**Your Responsibilities**

The Senior After-Sales Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of all after-sales operations in France. As the manager of the after-sales team, you will ensure customer satisfaction, supervise technical support activities, and coordinate the department's budget and organization with the head office in China.
- **Main Responsibilities**:_
- Monitor after-sales processes, including the management of product quality complaints, ensuring rapid and effective resolution.
- Design and implement the after-sales strategy in France, in line with international guidelines, to ensure effective after-sales coverage.
- Coordinate the work of the field team, guaranteeing fast, high-quality service for our customers.
- Supervise and validate warranty repair requests and spare parts management, in collaboration with distributors and partners.
- Ensure excellent relations with professional (distributors, retailers, etc.) and end customers to guarantee smooth, high-quality after-sales service.
- Create and run training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure in-depth knowledge of products and after-sales procedures.
- Work in direct liaison with head office to ensure proper alignment of objectives, provide feedback from the French market and negotiate the resources and budgets needed to keep the after-sales service running smoothly.
- Suggest improvements to after-sales processes, products and services based on customer feedback and performance analysis.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the after-sales service team, focusing on developing technical skills and increasing the expertise of field specialists.
- Travel to the field when necessary
- Management of the Repair Center services provider and monitor advanced repairs and resolve complex technical issues.

**Who are you ?**
- Technical expertise in robotic mowers and power tools
- In-depth knowledge of electromechanics, electronics, IT and robotics.
- Experience in technical team management, with proven ability to coach and motivate a team in the field and in the back office.
- Budgetary and organizational management skills,
- Ability to work with international teams to ensure consistency in processes and priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills, able to build strong relationships with a variety of contacts (distributors, customers, internal partners).
- Leadership, able to maintain a positive, high-performance team dynamic.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage complex projects with a strong capacity for adaptation.
- Problem-solving and an analytical approach to a variety of technical issues.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to interact with the EMEA and China headquarters and international teams.
