**We are currently looking for an Accountant for France and the Netherlands (M/F/d) for our Paris office.**

**Mission**:
As an Accountant you play an important part of our European Finance and accounting team. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of multiple legal entities in Europe an UK.You will report to the French Finance Manager and will work closely with the rest of the European team.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Record accounting transactions in the accounting books; AR/ AP etc.
- Prepare the balances of accounts, the income statements, the accounting balance sheets and the operating accounts to transmit them to the external auditors.
- Facilitate and complete monthly closing procedure.
- Prepare quarterly account reconciliations.
- Update the accounting data processing systems.
- Follow up invoicing and cash collection.
- Treat the bank operations.
- Approve the expenses reports.
- Completing the different reporting packages required by the HQ
- Assist the regional Finance Manager in the FP&A, the forecast, setting up processes and ad hoc requests
- Assist in other projects as assigned

**Experience & Knowledge**:

- 5+ years accounting Finance experience
- Experience in the Accounting software industry
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work under pressure.
- Ability to meet assigned deadline and to work cooperatively.
- Proficiency with the IT systems: ERP Microsoft Dynamics, Excel ,Office, Concur
- Ability to act to work in dynamic environment like start up
- Have knowledge of the Netherlands Accounting standards
- Fluent in English and French
