This is an exciting opportunity for a Tax & Accountant to contribute to a leading company in the industrial and manufacturing industry. The role is based in Gebze, Kocaeli and focuses on accounting and finance functions to ensure smooth financial operations.

Description
- Ensuring that all company finance and accounting processes are carried out in accordance with legal regulations and internal procedures,
- Implementing the necessary accounting control systems to protect company assets,
- Checking the accuracy of accounting records and ensuring regular archiving of documents,
- Tracking incoming and outgoing e-invoices through Logo Connect and managing the relevant registration processes,
- Controlling and fully accounting for purchase invoices, returns, collections, payments, and offsetting documents,
- Keeping track of company stocks and fixed assets; Ensuring that inventory records are kept in accordance with legislation.
- Monitoring customs expenses and recording them in accounting records in a timely manner.
- Ensuring regular reconciliation of d omestic customer and supplier accounts.
- Regularly analyzing production, sales, marketing, and general administrative expenses, sharing them with relevant departments, and developing cost-cutting suggestions.
- Monitoring production costs and operational expenses, analyzing budget-actual variances.
- Taking an active role in the preparation of financial statements, conducting financial analyses, and presenting them to management.
- Completing monthly and annual closing processes on time and completely, and preparing relevant reports.
Profile
- Graduates from relevant university departments
- Proficient in
general accounting
,
cost accounting
,
tax legislation
, and uniform chart of accounts - At least 5 years of experience in accounting
- Preferably experienced in financial control, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, or
willing to develop
in these areas - Able to effectively use MS Office programs (especially Excel)
- Able to actively use Logo Tiger accounting software
- Fluent in English
- An analytical mindset, notice to detail, and advanced reporting skills
- Disciplined in follow-up, with strong planning and prioritization skills
- Able to work as a team player and strong communication skills
- Have completed military service for male candidates.
