**Key responsibilities ✨**:
- Guide and mentor a small team of up to three recruiters, promoting a culture of excellence and high performance while ensuring best practices and data-driven decision-making through continuous feedback
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers across the go-to-market functions to proactively understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.

**About you ‍**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles, ideally within go-to-market functions.
- Proficient in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, with a proven track record of securing top talent.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven recruitment and process optimization.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Experience managing and mentoring a small team is a plus.
- Fluent in both French and English.- Screening with **Chloé**, T.A, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions. (30 minutes)
