Descriptif du poste En qualité de "Contract Manager Sénior H/F ", vous serez rattaché à notre site de Paris, et serez amené à intervenir sur l ensemble des activités suivantes: - Encadrement de l activité des consultants sur le métier concerné - Elaboration de cursus de formation et accompagnement à la montée en compétence - Animation de formations internes et externes - Participation à la communication de l entreprise et à la production de contenu autour du métier - Participation aux échanges commerciaux avec prospects et clients (soutenance / rencontres / brainstorming) Profil recherché **VOTRE PROFIL** - Idéalement diplômé.e de l enseignement supérieur (BAC +5 école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs, IEP, université ), vous disposez de minimum 10 années d expérience dans le domaine concerné - La connaissance du secteur du conseil serait un plus - Vous êtes autonome et disposez d une excellente capacité relationnelle.
