**Are you ready to manage the integrated execution and delivery of all media, influencer and PR campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels? As our Connections Manager (PR, Influencers, Experiential, Paid Media) you will become a bridge between the FraBel cluster brand management teams and the central Europe Connections & PR team to capture and grow consumer demand for Upfield's exciting brands**
Location: Rueil-Malmaison
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office
**About the position**
Are you passionate about shaping the future of brand engagement?
Join us as Connections Manager FraBel, where you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing local connections plans for appropriate brands. As a key player in our team, you will collaborate with commercial leadership and central teams to drive resource allocation strategies and ensure excellence in all connection activities (both tests and campaigns, through continually challenging the status quo in local markets). Your innovative approach will enhance brand awareness and consideration through provocative media plans and disruptive consumer engagement programs via creation & implementation of physical sampling programs and experiences.
You will lead the charge in directing local media, experiential, and digital agency relationships, leveraging data to monitor key KPIs and measure the impact of our investments (on brand sales, household penetration and brand affinity). With a focus on maximizing A&P (Advertising & Promotional) spend and ROI (Return on Investment) and fostering strong relationships with brand teams, you will manage the local connections budget to ensure optimal use of resources. Join our collaborative team (including our overall connections team and your local cluster team) and make a lasting impact on household penetration and brand affinity.
