Your Role & Key Responsibilities
- Project Dragonfly looks at creating value for UL by carving out a perimeter of currently unfocused brands in NA and EU with a view to create growth.
- We are looking for an experienced warehouse and logistics lead who creates and leads a team with very strong growth mindset and a can-do culture of doing what it takes to win. We’re looking for someone who thrives in balancing brand, consumer, customers, with the ambition to deliver a substantial step up in profitable growth of the current perimeter.
- As the warehouse and logistics manager, you will play a crucial role developing Warehouse and Logistics execution. You will create the right logistics schedule based on the route to market requirements of our customers ensuring the right cost to serve. Your first priority will be ensuring Excellent customer service to our customers with the right cost structure.

Your Key Responsibilities- E2E execution of Warehouse and Logistics Team Strategy for all the key customers in your market-
- Collaborate with Customer Service and CD teams to ensure seamless order management and delivery process-
- Responsible of seamless Order Management and delivery process and creating efficiencies on warehouse and logistics cost-
- Supports partnering with logistics companies for efficient delivery of order and continuous improvement of delivery service.-
- Responsible to deliver excellent service to all our customers-
- Owns reporting of warehouse and logistics KPIs-
- Manages a team of blue collar employees in the warehouse.-
- Works closely with Logistics Iops lead for capability development, reporting and agility-
- Finds efficient delivery solutions as part of the new channel strategies to our consumers-
- Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevantTalent catalyst:
- Responsible for growing and nurturing talent including succession planning ensuring organization is fit to win short and long term-
- Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within organization as well as externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies.**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance or supply chain management.-
- 3-5 years of experience in Logistics and Warehousing-
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills-
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy-
- The ability to effectively lead and engage cross functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability-
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities-
