Teads is looking for a Corporate Buyer for an apprenticeship contract to be part of our Finance team and eager to work in an international context for a growing company.
**What will you do ?**
In the context of globalization, we are working on several topics to optimize our annual spend and relationships with our suppliers among all the purchasing categories (IT, Marketing, Insight, Products, Travel etc ).
We also have to run some ad-hoc analysis to control our spend; to maintain our tools or to keep deploying them in our new countries. Communication is a key point and we would like to implement some recurring newsletters to highlight the procurement team's results and projects.
You will be in charge of:
- Supporting the procurement team with RFI, RFP & negotiations, contract follow-up and implementation, QBR for different categories including but not limited to IT, Marketing, Services, HR, Travel, MICE (meetings & events)
- Following up the travel & expenses spend by analyzing different KPIs on a quarterly basis
- Supporting the procurement team and end-users with the P2P (purchase-to-pay tool) that will be launched in Q1
- Following-up the adoption of this P2P tool
- Communicating the procurement team's results & projects on a regular basis to the other employees and the top management (newsletters; quarterly travel & expenses reports; procurement dashboards)
- Communicate to the Finance team the savings generated by the contract negotiations

**What do we require?**
- Bac +4/+ 5 Master Degree in International Business (business school or university)
- Working in an international environment, working knowledge of English is mandatory
- Experience in Procurement would be highly appreciated
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Good relational and team spirit
