Teads roadmap is full of ambitious and strategic projects related to the evolution of our offering for both publishers and advertisers. - Join a team of passionate people who build quality and responsible advertising, at scale**What you will do**: Teads is seeking a Corporate Sustainability Reporting Intern for an 6-month internship to contribute to extra financial reporting activities. The position reports to Teads' Sustainability Director who is France-based. - Assist in the preparation, collection, aggregation and analysis of sustainability-related information and data for various reports (sustainability report, non-financial report, etc.) - Support the development, planning and execution of sustainability-related projects, processes, partnerships and/or events. - Work with a diverse group of stakeholders internally from the Finance, Procurement, Legal and HR departments. - Contribute to building internal training materials on sustainability. **What we are looking for**: - A first successful experience as an intern and/or a strong interest in sustainability reporting - Basic knowledge of existing carbon reporting frameworks (GHG Protocol or Bilan Carbone) is required - Knowledge of existing and new reporting frameworks (GRI, Value Reporting Foundation, ISSB) and current and upcoming legislative frameworks (NFRD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy) is an asset - Knowledge of ESG/Sustainability rating solutions (EcoVadis) is a plus - IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Excel - Fluency in French and English is required **Why work at Teads?**: At Teads, Product and Engineering work hand in hand and are aligned towards the same goal: to **scale our business** while continuing to create **new and exciting products**. - We value **team spirit**, **pragmatism**, **listening** and we encourage **initiatives**. - We promote **end-to-end development**: "You build it, you run it, you monitor it". - We **share knowledge** and support with each other beyond any organizational boundary. - We fix issues during a **blameless** postmortem and learn from it so that it doesn't happen twice. - We are working together to create **great engineering**, but we are also supportive to promote a great **work-life balance**.
