As the Regional Account Manager for Ile-de-France within the Kimberly-Clark Professional division, B2B environment, you sell K-C Professional products and systems to end users. We are looking for a sales-minded, driven and self-confident colleague with a high energy level and willing to develop themselves further and grow.
You will be a part of a dynamic sales team within a fast paced and commercial environment. You will work independently for your own client portfolio with clear guidelines and targets. You work together with other departments such as Marketing, Sales Support and Customer Services to work together effectively in the market
**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Realizing volume objectives, revenue, and profit contribution for assigned accounts, prospects.
- Building and maintaining relationship with your customers, generating new business, and concluding contracts with new accounts.
- Familiarizing yourself with the business of your prospects and know how to convert them into customers.
- Being a consultant for our Professional products and therefore have knowledge of our complete range of products and our working methods.
- Recognizing the movements and trends in the market, and you respond to the needs of the customer.
**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:
- Baccalaureat +2
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to work independently within a team
- Ability to build relationships and have the right negotiation and advising skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and eagerness to learn new skills
- Native French and fluent in English
