**What You’ll Do**:
As our Brand Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to bring Siena’s visual identity to life across every channel. Your work will touch:

- Website graphics and blog visuals
- Social media assets
- Campaign visuals and brand storytelling
- Slide decks and one-pagers
- Templates, layouts, and scalable design systems
- Product visuals and explainer graphics that make complex ideas simple

**What You Bring**:

- Experience designing for B2B or SaaS brands
- A strong eye for mínimalist, emotionally intelligent design
- Proficiency in **Figma** and **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- Understanding of static and motion-based visual storytelling (you don’t need to animate, but you know how your work translates to motion)
- Strong instincts for layout, hierarchy, and typography
- Ability to turn technical content into clear, engaging visuals
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Must know how to leverage AI with design

**Bonus Points**:

- Background in customer experience-focused industries
- Experience at an AI company or startup
- Motion design or light animation skills
- A strong portfolio of B2B SaaS marketing and brand work
