Your Impact at Cognite:
We are looking for an experienced leader to drive a strategic digital transformation program for one of our largest international industrial clients. As a senior representative for Cognite in France, you will play a key role in developing our regional presence and in the strategic alignment between the client, our platform (CDF), and our internal teams.

This role combines the responsibility of a complex program, multi-team coordination, and regional leadership, with high visibility to Cognite's management and C-level client contacts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a complex digital transformation program (IoT, cloud, data, AI) across multiple strategic projects and clients.
- Be Cognite's focal point in France - ensure local anchoring, represent the company, and support our growth in the region.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Customer Success, Product, Data Science, Engineering...) to ensure consistent and effective program execution.
- Define and monitor program success metrics, ensuring delivery within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Work closely with product teams to relay client needs and influence the product roadmap.
- Play a mentoring role, share best practices, and contribute to the structuring of the French office.

**Desired profile**:

- Confirmed experience (10+ years) in managing complex technology programs for industrial clients (oil & gas, manufacturing, energy...).
- In-depth knowledge of industrial digitalization, cloud platforms, data integration, or applied AI.
- Strong ability for cross-functional leadership and managing relationships with C-level sponsors.
- Autonomy, structured approach, and ability to take initiatives in a high-growth environment.
- Fluent French, professional English.
- Occasional travel in Europe.
