Depuis sa création en 1978, la société Azur Fragrances s'est imposée dans l'industrie des parfums comme une entreprise créative et de niche. Son siège social est basé à Mouans-Sartoux (06) avec le centre de création à Paris pour mieux servir les principaux clients en Europe. Nous recherchons un(e) "Evaluateur(trice) cross category (H/F)", pour un poste en CDI, basé à Paris intra-muros (8ème arrondissement). **Missions**: - Gestion de projets : coordination, développement créatif, suivi, respect des deadlines - Vérifier l’adéquation des formules sélectionnées sur le plan technique (stabilité, long lasting, règlementaire) - Collaborer étroitement avec les parfumeurs et les guider afin d'optimiser le développement du parfum - Suivre et communiquer activement avec les équipes créatives et commerciales sur les nouvelles tendances du marché, les nouveaux produits - Jouer un rôle intermédiaire entre les différents départements et assurer une communication active - Effectuer une veille sur les produits du marché et réaliser des études de marché - Gérer la collection : enrichir et actualiser la ‘fragrance library’ - Participer à des visites clients avec le commercial lors de la soumission des notes **Profil recherché**: Formation et/ou expériences professionnelles: - Diplôme de niveau BAC + 4 minimum type Master ISIPCA, Master Chimie - Arôme Parfum & Cosmétique, Master ESP (Ecole supérieure du parfum) - Expérience significative en évaluation de minimum 5 ans, idéalement acquise en "cross category" Savoir-faire: - Maitrise du langage olfactif - Connaissance du marché et des tendances internationales - Rigueur, organisation, gestion des priorités, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse - Créativité, proactivité et force de proposition - Aptitude à travailler en mode projet et à interagir avec divers interlocuteurs - Dynamisme, autonomie, adaptabilité et aisance relationnelle - Maitrise de l’anglais oral et écrit - Maitrise des outils bureautiques informatiques (la connaissance de l'outil métier LSI est un plus) Ce poste est à pourvoir dès que possible en CDI à temps plein. **Salaire et avantages**: - 13ème mois (niveau de rémunération à définir selon profil) - Mutuelle - Titres restaurant Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI Avantages: - Prise en charge du transport quotidien - RTT Horaires: - Du lundi au vendredi - Heures supplémentaires - Repos le week-end - Travail en journée Rémunération supplémentaire: - 13ème Mois - Heures supplémentaires majorées Lieu du poste : En présentiel Date de début prévue : 01/10/2024
