**THE PROJECT**:
Join an international scale-up in urban mobility committed to creating sustainable solutions for city transportation. Their objective is to make cities cleaner, more connected, and more accessible.

**RESPONSIBILITIES: Engineering Manager hands on H/F**

You will join an experienced and international development team spread across two countries and contribute to the key challenges faced by the company:

- Lead all Software Engineering
- **Technology**: you are responsible for executing the Engineering vision. The team is highly technical, performance monitoring and scaling are drivers to reach high standards. You must be fluent in TypeScript.
- **Process**: The team is using the scrum methodology and is self managed. You are accountable for the process to be applied.
- **People Management**:

- You will be responsible for leading the team strategy and vision
- You will be involved in the hiring process
- You will be coaching the developers in their career development
- **Site Ops**: Our systems run 24/7 with hundreds of thousands. Your team is responsible for the quality and reliability of our systems.

- Understanding System architecture
- Backend implementation knowledge
- Testing and deployment expertise for updating live systems
- Team Lead skills for a dynamic environment
- Proficient at systems design and software development
- Good oral and written English skills (international context)
- You like to help your coworkers to improve their skills and work together in harmony
