**Missions**:

- As a Talent Acquisition team member at AGICAP, and in a context of growth, your role will be very generalist, wiht a main focus on Tech and Product but also working on a wide variety of roles across the business (Sales, Customer Success, HQ etc).
- You will work very closely with and report to Eline, Team Lead of our Tech/Product TA team.

You will be responsible for:

- Marketing : being an ambassador improving the notoriety of AGICAP
- Recruit at least 3 new top talents each month, across Europe and across teams.
- Know our ideal personas (profile, backgrounds, behaviour...) and adapt to local/team specificities
- Build an efficient and multi-channel sourcing strategy (inbound, outbound, referral)
- Actively hunt, on Linkedin, in order to approach and find the best profiles on the market
- Monitor and communicate your performance through weekly reports
- Participate in improving the employer brand (content creation, management of partners) and establish Agicap as the leading brand for SMB cashflow management in Europe
- Work closely with the other teams to constantly improve our process and alignment with revenue goals and efficiency- **️ What we are looking for**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Tech & Product recruitment, either in a recruitment consulting firm or in a fast-growing business
- A **full professional proficiency in French is mandatory, English is a big plus.**:
