We are seeking a talented individual to join our expanding Risk, Control, and Internal Audit team. This global position offers the opportunity to work closely with our EMEA, US, and APAC teams on diverse topics such as finance, operations, and compliance, perfect for someone looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a key player in our Risk, Control & Internal audit team, your role will include the following:
Internal Control Development Project
- Contribute to the design of internal processes to make them more efficient and secure.
- Support operational teams in implementing internal control adapted to their activities and reality.
- Actively participate in the Group’s change management initiatives.
- Monitor IT developments necessary to improve internal control processes. Contribute to the digitalization of the internal control process.

Internal Audit
- Contribute to the realization of the Group Audit Plan, ensuring it covers critical areas and aligns with strategic objectives
- Conduct internal audit assignments across the entire scope of the Group.
- Provide operational & actionable recommendations to secure the Group’s activities and support its growth. Utilize data-driven and risk-based approaches to optimize processes and suggest improvements.

Risk Management / Internal Control
- Lead and energize VusionGroup’s risk management framework by identifying, assessing, and acting on risks and opportunities.
- Develop risk mitigation plans tailored to the company's strategic challenges.
- Raise awareness and promote a strong risk culture within the Group.
- Design and execute internal control campaigns (supervision and level 2 controls). Support control owners in executing first-level controls.

**Qualifications** Qualifications we’re looking for.**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal audit, ideally within an international audit firm.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in accounting and finance. Knowledge of IFRS norms and SOX (Section 404), ITGC/ITAC are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of ERPs (e.g., SAP).
- Bilingual Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Required know-how : Critical thinking, adaptability, team spirit and proactivity. Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time across EMEA, US, and APAC regions.
