**About the role**
- As Ogury's business scales ever faster, the Sales Effectiveness & Enablement team is engaged to guide the important processes of the commercial organization by translating strategical needs of the business into operational actions. The team's mission is to provide commercial teams with conditions to maximize revenue and operational efficiency through measurement and tools.
- You will expand your professional experience in the environment of a global tech company.
- You will report directly into the Director Sales Effectiveness and have a high exposure to commercial, IT & product team members.
- You will be based in our Paris offices.

**What you will be doing**:

- Work with Commercial Teams & Sales Operations to monitor and improve commercial processes by measuring process effectiveness and identifying bottlenecks. Deploying new or increase existing processes using
- Develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness by encouraging an organization of process improvement for our commercial teams
- Provide support daily to commercial teams on any issues or blockers faced by them within our CRM or other tools and maintain data quality
- Lead trainings for commercial teams on sales tools and gather feedback on commercial processes overall
- Work with the Product and IT teams to improve our sales tool tech stack optimizing customer centricity, enhancing functionalities and maximize reporting outputs
- Maintain processes and data integrity to capture and communicate key customer intelligence within our CRM system
- Incorporate feature requests or new tools into the product roadmap based on leadership or end users needs in order to optimize the overall sales processes

**About you**
- 2+ years of experience working with sales teams
- Bachelor’s or Master degree or equivalent with major in Business, Finance or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience working with Salesforce. Certification
- Previous Project Management experience is a strong plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Enjoys challenges and excels in a fast changing and demanding environment
- Work well individually and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
