**Summary / Role Purpose**
- Develops tools collaterals: libraries, extensions, utilities
- Participates to the technical support and manages questions reported by customers or internal field engineers.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develops tools collaterals to accelerate customers ramp up in our technology
- Collaborates with our Product and Development Teams to build and assess new features
- Participate to the animation of an Ansys SCADE customer community support forum and sharing platforms
- Develop the trust and respect of customers and team members

**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
- Technical knowledge and experience in software development tools and languages (C, Python)
- Organized, structured, rigorous and methodic

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Technical knowledge and experience in Model Based Development tools
- Knowledge of a market domains is a plus: aerospace, automotive, railways
- Good communication (English mandatory) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed team
