**Role outline and Responsabilities**:

- Provide forward-looking data exploration and trend analysis, drill-down, what-if analysis, scenario calculations, simulations, and other data analytics to combine the remaining funds, time and scope in a way that the envisaged overall outcomes can be achieved. Communicate the findings to the Control Account Manager (CAM) to support his/her decision processes by means of a quasi-daily decision-oriented interplay through direct and iterative interaction with the CAM.
- Identify opportunities for cost or schedule gains for CAM consideration, in particular identifying how cost management targets could best be achieved with clearly identified impact on schedule performance or risk exposure. Supports the CAM to implement them once accepted.
- Develop mitigation action options if needed where execution is deviating from that planned for scope, schedule, cost, procurement, recruitment, and budget.
- Prepare a manual cost forecast for scope completion and identifying mitigation action options for the CAM as required
- Support the CAM in preparing and monitoring an annual procurement plan (ensuring consistency with the Baseline status through the Rolling Wave improvement plan) for the year and report its execution status to the CAM
- Monitor mitigation action completion for risks and opportunities (including Red Flag process), intervening where needed to ensure momentum is maintained.
- Support the CAM in discussions on project performance with the Heads of Department in the client organisation

**Here’s What You’ll Need**: Qualification and Experience**:
Essential:
The PCMs must have sufficient experience of working “client side” with ANSI 738 environments or ISO equivalents in large construction projects to ensure the appropriate prioritization of PCO deployed services, and to gain the confidence of the CAMs and their line management in the PCO service.

We are looking for experienced project control managers with evidential expertise in working within highly technical and regulated projects (within construction phases from design through to commissioning) against company-wide EVM system to ANSI/EIA 748.

The PCM shall have leadership skills to direct PCO service to delivery units:

- Demonstrated relevant experience of Project Management and Project Controls in large scientific and/or nuclear project using full Earn Value Management systems;
- Experience working with project management software such as Primavera and/or COBRA; sound understanding of project risk management principles and practice; awareness of cost estimating software and essential principles of input information from which cost estimates are developed;
- Full fluency in English (written and spoken); Project language is English
- Advanced user level knowledge of the use of PC in general, document management systems (IDM being ITERs equivalent) and of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular.

At least five years' experience in construction projects

Experience in rigorous change control process and management of schedule Baselines with Primavera.
