is seeking for an Operational Business Continuity Management Intern F/M

Your missions:
Reporting to the Operations Department within the VINCI Airports Commercial & Operational Management, you will participate, in coordination with the Group's business teams (VINCI Airports headquarters and countries), in the projects of the operations departments. To do so, you will have to intervene on the following axis of activity:

- Analyze the organizational structures of the operations departments including all functions related to operations management, terminal, airside & compliance, quality of service, etc. The objective of this mission will be to identify and analyze the structures according to the annual traffic, the operational profile and the scope of the concession, integrating possible work regulations that could have an impact on the sizing of the structures.
- Analysis of operational data (flows, capacity study)
- Calculation of OPEX assumptions on development projects
- Perform benchmarks on the processes of our different assets
- Support the operations team in the projects carried out
- Support the creation and improvement of an OPEX model

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person. Depending on the needs, you may be asked to work on other missions and participate in the continuous improvement of the service.

Your profil:

- You’re in Business school, in Finance, in HR degree, in an ENAC master’s degree or in a master’s degree in air transport
- You demonstrate initiative and autonomy;
- You are fluent in English; Other languages are appreciated (Spanish, Portuguese, others)
