The current EMEA IMS Sales team is looking for additional French, Arabic & English speaking IMS Client Partner to help to achieve sales goals in Southern and MEA regions.
Infor Managed Services is a quickly growing business at Infor with lot of high management attention and appreciation.
The IMS Client Partner for Southern & MEA regions will be responsible for selling Managed Services predominantly to French, Arabic and English speaking customers.
Essential Duties
- Contribute to Account planning with Service & License sales teams, providing IMS perspectives.
- Develop Infor Managed Services pipeline in collaboration with Service & License sales, IMS Presales, and IMS/Consulting Delivery teams.
- Ensure accurate Infor Managed Services forecasting.
- Selling Infor Managed Services independently or in cooperation with ICS Client Partners, as needed.
- Focusing on complex, multiyear, multinational opportunities with tailored and complex scope structures.
- Utilize innovative service models (unlimited, unit pricing, outsourcing etc)
- Cooperate with partners to build common service positioning.
- Interact with the internal IMS Presales team for solutioning and pricing.
- Provide market demand feedback to the IMS delivery organization.
- Align with Infor management for Bid reviews.
- Negotiate with customers to close IMS contracts
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent Sales and negotiation skills, driving results towards the given quota
- Fluent / Bilingual in French and English, additional Arabic is a big plus
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment and lean team structures
- Deep understanding of Application Managed Services ideally in the Cloud ERP market
- Expertise in Post GoLive management, Operations, and Outsourcing related to positioning those type of services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in positioning and selling Managed Services
- Proven track record with complex Managed Services deals ($1M ACV and above) ideally through direct involvement in the Solution Integrators market
Location/Travel Requirement
- Location preferably in France, Paris or Lyon due to volume of business.Travel Requirement up to 50%, it is a sales position responsible for whole Southern & MEA.
