**Job Position**: Marketing Performance Analyst Intern
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support decision-making studies that enhance performance.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Oracle BI and other analytics platforms.
- Pipeline and analyse ad performance data, including cost spent, impressions, and conversions, across Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to generate insights, assist with data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analysis.
- Use Power BI, Looker to deploy visualizations from analysed data for marketing and business intelligence insights.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Contribute to A/B testing and performance measurement of campaigns.
**Technical Skills Needed**:
- Some experience in Python, and familiarity with libraries such as pandas, re and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
- Some understanding of querying in MySQL or other SQL-based databases.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools - preferably Power BI and Looker to transform insights into actionable reports.
- Expert in digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads and Oracle BI / Oracle Eloqua is a strong plus.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical, data-driven solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and performance optimization.
- Experience with data analysis tools and digital marketing platforms is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to choose and implement the best tools for tasks related to campaign performance and analysis.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 550.00€ - 650.00€ per month
