In the context of development and transformation, particularly driven by European regulations, we are looking for a **Sustainability Project Manager for Europe.**This role will be based i n our **Paris office**at Opéra and reports into the Environmental and Policies Manager, within the Europe Sustainability Team.

This is an amazing opportunity for a specialist Sustainability focused Project Manager with a passion for collaboration as you’ll work closely with many internal departments such as Finance, Legal and Logistics at an EU and Global Level.

**What you will**be responsible for**:

- Implement concrete projects focused on traceability, circularity, recycling, and end-of-life management for têxtiles, using a rigorous project management approach.
- Contribute to the monitoring of current and upcoming EU regulations, assess their impact on operations, and support their implementation—particularly regarding ESPR.
- Work in close collaboration with internal teams and engage with external partners and stakeholder such as suppliers, institutions, NGOs, trade associations.
- Raise awareness internally and help promote understanding and visibility of sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct strategic monitoring of sustainable innovations in the fashion and têxtile sector.

**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- Higher education degree ( Master’s level) in sustainability or environmental studies.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail or fashion sector in a European market
- St rong background in cross-functional project management and change management.
- Strong interest in and solid understanding of EU ESG regulations.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments and collaborate with European and international teams.
- P roactive, pragmatic, and field-oriented mindset.
- A dvanced English p roficiency, both written and spoken and ideally another European language
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (Belgium, Netherlands primarily)
