Sustainability Manager

Overview As a Senior Sustainability Strategist in France, you will develop and implement sustainability strategies for major clients in the financial industry and contribute to expanding Quantis' sustainability strategy solutions. Your role combines financial industry insights with sustainability and consulting expertise to help clients drive strategic transformation. You will work with banks, insurance providers, and asset managers to shape ambitious transition strategies, embed sustainability into core business decisions, and accelerate their shift toward resilient, future-fit financial models within the French and broader European market. Responsibilities Strategic Finance Advisory: Provide tailored sustainability advisory to financial institutions, applying frameworks such as PCAF, TCFD, SBTi-FI, and TNFD to support clients\' regulatory compliance and transformation journeys. Account Management: Lead and grow key stakeholder relationships, while accelerating the transformation of the clients toward sustainability. Sales & Business Development: Lead sales processes and business development conversations. Strategy & Solutions Creation: Lead the implementation of sustainability strategy projects, working with senior sustainability leaders, internally and externally, to develop sustainability strategies, managing their implementation and change pathway. Strategic Implementation: Support the shaping and delivery of all Quantis solutions around the strategy, bringing in our expertise on science, metrics, tools, communications and more. Teamwork: Proactively co-create with our other Quantis team members to strengthen our delivery of strategy-related services. Innovation: Support efforts within Quantis\' innovation activities to develop a new generation of smart sustainability strategy solutions. Qualifications You\'re motivated to apply your creativity, strategy development, client relationship development and consulting skills to align business with Planetary Boundaries and build a sustainable future. You bring proven experience in sustainability within the banking, insurance, or asset management sector, either through consulting or in-house roles, and have led sustainability engagements in this space. You have a strong understanding of the French financial system, including its regulatory and voluntary sustainability frameworks. You have significant experience in business development and sales, focusing on growing key accounts and executing sales initiatives in collaboration with sales enablement support. You are eager for a fast-paced and diverse role: developing and implementing sustainability strategies for key clients, leading account relationships and helping to design the next generation of winning services and solutions. You have an understanding of business strategy and/or strategy consulting, ideally complemented with expertise in the corporate sustainability space. You are motivated by the challenges of transforming the world\'s largest companies into more sustainable businesses. You have an entrepreneurial spirit to be part of a team finding new solutions using this expertise to change the world.
