Associate Field Sales Representative

You will have a dedicated ADP Sales Representative to guide you as you focus on generating incremental business over the phone using virtual technologies, including online internet-based meeting platforms, sales automation software, and more. Don't worry if you have no prior sales experience; we are known for our high-quality sales training and will teach you how to use the latest tools and technology to set you up for success. **The main tasks this apprentice will handle are**: - Support the mapping of the team (assignment of territories, updating Siebel CRM / SFDC) for the EPS France and Switzerland segment - Support Sales Managers on reporting (forecast, sales) - Analysis of the penetration rate of HCM solutions on the Customer base and the targeting of Marketing campaigns (identification of recipients, contacts updates) - Support the calculation of potential additional revenue - Support in preparing presentations & participation in Customer meetings with DMs - Updating available documents in coordination with the Marketing team - Participation in the development of the Commercial strategy to increase Sales Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a "refuse to lose" attitude are must-haves in this job.
