**Missions**:
Le Technical Manager assume la responsabilité managériale de l'équipe de son périmètre. Il s'assure de la qualité du travail fournit ainsi que de l'adéquation du staffing avec les objectifs.

Il s'assure de l'alignement de la tech avec la vision business et, en lien avec le PM et/ou le PO, du respect des impératifs de coûts, délai et de qualité aussi bien en BUILD qu'en RUN.

Il a également le rôle d'IT service owner des services / solutions sous sa responsabilité.

Il a la responsabilité de l'usine logicielle (les hommes, les outils et les processus) afin de garantir un niveau d'efficacité en lien avec les objectifs business de son périmètre.

Il est le garant des bonnes pratiques d'ingénierie, des choix technologique, de la définition des architectures et de l'harmonisation des pratiques, en lien avec le Chief Enterprise Architect.

**Principales activités**:

- Gérer l'équipe et les individus qui la composent
- Gérer le staffing (Profil, Séniorité,..) / le recrutement des équipes tech de son périmètre
- Etre le partenaire des responsables du produits (PM et/ou PO) dans le delivery du produit
- Participer, en lien avec le PM et/ou le PO, au respect des impératifs de coûts, délai et de qualité du produit. Participer à la gestion des risques
- Assurer le suivi des KPI (productivité,...) de l'équipe et de la solution (disponibilité, perf, activité,...)
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des outils et méthodes nécessaires à la réalisation du produit
- Assurer la bonne coordination (gestion des dépendances) avec le reste de l'entreprise (autres squads, DSI, SSI)
- Gérer la dette technique sur le produit
