**Job Description: Business/Financial Analyst**
**Introduction**:
**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and detailed documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
- Identify and assess business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support the development of strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of efficient business processes, workflows, and systems that enhance overall productivity and performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, including the identification of project risks and the development of mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and integrity, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of business data and reporting.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and business intelligence software is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis tools and databases.

- Familiarity with databases and SQL for querying and data manipulation.
