RetailSonar is a fast-growing SAAS company specializing in geomarketing for large retail and service companies. RetailSonar has offices already in 4 countries (Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany) and is technologically readiness for further scaling up toward European market leadership. Therefore we are looking for a Customer Intelligence Analyst to join our colleagues in our offices in Ghent (BE), Paris (FR).

Our unique RetailSonar platform is fed by state of the art AI technology and up-to-date marketdata, which is the base of our very accurate performance prediction.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Your daily tasks include validating and analysing customer data, platform configuration and building powerful predictive models.
- You maintain frequent contact with the customers you work for.
- Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We achieve this by delivering high-quality end results and going the extra mile. Our analysts rise to any challenge and dare to think out-of-the-box.

**About you**:

- Preferably, you hold an master's degree in technical/economical or business area which is complemented by a master's degree in data technology (e.g. Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Informatics)
- A first experience in a data driven position is a strong plus
- You have a sharp, analytical mind
- You have a passion for data processing (SQL, Excel, Access, SAS,...)
- You have enough courage, enthusiasm, persuasiveness and a corresponding language skill (local language + English) to speak to the highest management at our (international) customers
- A strong backbone that enables you to transform stressful situations into positive energy
- A real team player who can also work well independently
