Based in Paris, and reporting to the Head of Coordination within our French-speaking Business Unit (covering France, Belgium and Luxembourg), you will be the key person to support the franchisees in their opening projects.

**About you**:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Administrative - Commercial - Catering): Project Manager - Administrative Assistant - Executive Assistant - Commercial Assistant. You are organized, rigorous, with a keen sense of customer service and speak English (common) You have a sensitivity for the fast-food business.

**A breakdown of your responsibilities include**:

- Support for franchisees in preparing new restaurant openings or those under construction (for example: securing the transmission of administrative documents, purchase orders, account opening, follow-up of steps with the franchisee)
- Relay of information to franchisees on Subway France territory
- Reporting of sales and costs, entering restaurant figures and information into the database
- Monitoring and evaluation of customer satisfaction: recommendations (action plan) based on the results obtained
- Various administrative tasks (gathering information, archiving, reporting, creation of documents to help franchisees).
