About the role

We are looking for a Senior Content Manager to build a simple content engine that turns our expertise into assets that fill the pipeline and help sales close deals. You'll work directly with our CEO.

This is a hands-on strategic role. The work you produce will be visible internally and externally, and it will influence how institutions understand who we are and what we do.

You will:

• Build Aplo's content strategy and manage the editorial calendar⁠⁠.
• Produce standout long-form content.
• Design concise, high-impact sales materials.
• Manage distribution through media partners and thought-leadership channels.

If you want ownership, visibility, and responsibility, this role gives you all three.

Key responsibilities:

Build a High-Conviction Content Strategy

You'll design the editorial engine that powers Aplo's presence in institutional crypto.

• Build Aplo's content strategy and manage the editorial calendar.
• Define the brand voice and our core narrative pillars.
• Produce standout long-form content: research, whitepapers, explainers, newsletters.
• Turn complex crypto market concepts into clean, confident content.
• Manage external writers and guide internal contributors to keep all content aligned with our editorial vision.

Create Sales Content That Moves Deals Forward

You'll build content that Sales actually wants and uses.

• Design concise, high-impact sales materials: decks, case studies, battlecards, one-pagers.
• Translate product features into compelling value propositions and stories.
• Collaborate with Sales and Ops to identify content gaps and track real performance.

Strengthen Brand Visibility Across the Industry

Your work will define Aplo's external presence.

• Manage distribution through media partners and thought-leadership channels.
• Support event content: executive talks, panels, presentations.
• Guarantee consistent tone and clarity across marketing, sales, and product content.
• Monitor content performance and improve strategy based on clear KPIs.

Who You Are

• 6-8 years of experience in content marketing (crypto, fintech, markets, or SaaS).
• Excellent writer and editor with strong editorial judgment.
• Able to turn complex technical topics into clear, structured content.
• Able to create clean, visually polished content.
• Solid understanding of crypto trading and institutional finance.
• Autonomous, organised, and able to build a full content system end-to-end.
• Sales-minded: you see content as a tool to move deals forward.
