We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

**About project**:
The web team at P2P.org plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance of the website. In addition to developing a **Staking Platform** with several staking services, such as decentralized direct staking, NFT staking, and liquid staking, the team is constantly seeking new ways to improve user experience and increase website metrics.

Looking ahead, the team has some exciting plans in the pipeline. One of the main goals is to expand the current offerings with DeFi integrations and insurance protections, providing users with more options and added security. Another important initiative is to allow DeFi protocols to build on top of the platform, which will open up new possibilities for the entire DeFi ecosystem. The web team is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving industry, and will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that P2P.org remains a leading player in the space.

**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a **Product Manager** who will be responsible for scaling and managing our API products, tracking key metrics, conducting market research, and ensuring high reliability to meet customer expectations.

**You will**:

- Lead the creation, development, and continuous optimization of API solutions tailored for B2B use cases
- Manage interface development at scale, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Drive API performance, reliability, and scalability, setting and tracking key metrics to ensure excellence
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and best practices in API-based product development, incorporating these insights into the roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and operations, to align API products with business objectives and client needs.
- Manage API lifecycle development at scale, ensuring seamless integration and robust functionality
- Define and measure success metrics for API solutions, continuously monitoring performance to deliver reliable and efficient products

**You have**:

- Proven experience in large-scale API development and optimization, including designing and implementing API products from the ground up.
- Strong track record of managing and improving complex API systems for B2B use cases.
- Deep understanding of API performance, reliability, and scalability, with expertise in metrics tracking and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with API-related best practices such as versioning, security protocols, and integration processes. Technical knowledge of REST API architecture and authentication mechanisms
- Crypto experience is a must: familiarity with blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum.
- Experience with Ethereum staking and restaking solutions is a significant plus.
- Fluent English
