Our primary challenges revolve around financial analysis, ROI assessment, and strategic financial planning. We focus on optimizing financial controlling processes and procedures within Global Beauty Tech, one of the fastest-growing sectors. Our goal is to implement a value-creation evaluation logic for every project, whether it's a business platform or a technological platform, focusing on ROI (Return on Investment). We are a diverse team of six Financial Controllers, each dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations. Missions of the job

manage reliable financial statements through efficient financial resource management,
secure budgeting and trend planning, monthly closings, and ad hoc analyses.

collaborating with performance officers to monitor and enhance performance,
partnering with the global financial community,
and supporting the Finance Beauty Tech team in transforming the function.
We aim to foster team spirit by encouraging collaboration, flexibility, and respect among team members, while maintaining a positive attitude and supporting each other.
Activity-wise, we monitor performance, assist in value creation, participate in operational teams, and ensure continuous risk and opportunity evaluation. Our objective is to ensure internal control, guarantee the integrity of financial data, minimize risks, and adhere to group procedures. We also focus on personal and professional development by enhancing skills, promoting the controlling function, and ensuring the sustainability of our practices within the Beauty Tech financial community.
Mandatory skills
We are recruiting a senior, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial professional with 6 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- strong economic acumen,
- excellent interpersonal skills,
- and expertise in accounting.

Proficiency in the 20/80 principle and an understanding of master data and data quality are also essential.
Nice to have skills
We seek an IT-passionate individual with knowledge in SAP S4Hana (or previous versions), experience with Anaplan solutions, proficiency in Office pack with PowerQuery and PowerBI, and the ability to adapt and learn new tools and features developed throughout the year.
