**MISSIONS**

The Lead Product - eCommerce Technology will support the CDTO in developing new SaaS platform(s) by partnering with Creative, Architecture, Engineering teams, through both internal and offshore teams, for rollout. The role owns the end-to-end product management lifecycle that includes prioritizing and maintaining the **Product Backlog **and working with dev teams for final **Product Delivery.**

**Your missions as Lead Product Manager**:

- Understands and applies new ideas/trends and market standard methodologies into product roadmap and requirements.
- Defines product roadmap with clearly defined metrics and targets for the product segments of the SaaS platform
- Translate product roadmap into a product backlog of well-defined epics and features with appropriate acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering to build the product via scrum meetings, sprint planning, and ongoing requirement clarification
- Work with internal business stakeholders, UX designers, inhouse/remote engineering teams to deliver the product on time
- Actively engages in retrospective processes to ensure agility, drives roadmap planning of high impact and strategic initiatives

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

**Formation et parcours**
- Master in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Information systems

**Hard skills**
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies and tool
- A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset

**Soft skills**
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results and lead teams in different time zones
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines, thrive in a complex fast paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly evolving business demands
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives to teammates
- Strong organizational, personnel, and technical problem-solving skills to drive continuous productivity in a fast-paced and high-growth environment across multiple countries
