**Iris Galerie**, leader mondial de la **photographie d’iris**, offre une expérience inédite : transformer l’iris en une œuvre d’art personnalisée grâce à une technologie de macrophotographie de pointe.

Avec **près de 200 galeries dans 19 pays** et une **expansion rapide (+100 ouvertures prévues en 2025)**, nous recherchons un(e) **Manager de Galerie / Responsable de Boutique /Magasin / Store Manager / Directeur(trice) de Magasin** pour accompagner notre croissance.

**Votre mission en tant que Manager de Galerie**:
Sous la responsabilité de l’Area Manager, vous serez un acteur clé du succès de votre galerie et de votre équipe.

**Ambassadeur(drice) d’Iris Galerie & Expérience Client**:

- **Accueillir et conseiller les clients** pour leur offrir une expérience immersive et inoubliable
- **Mettre en avant notre concept innovant**, nos produits et notre savoir-faire artistique
- Garantir l’**excellence du service client** et optimiser chaque interaction pour **maximiser la satisfaction et la fidélisation.**

***Management & Développement d’Équipe**:

- **Recruter, former et encadrer votre équipe** pour garantir une performance optimale
- **Motiver et coacher vos collaborateurs** pour qu’ils atteignent leurs **objectifs commerciaux**:

- Assurer la gestion des **plannings** et la répartition efficace des **missions quotidiennes**:

- Veiller au **bien-être et à la montée en compétences** de chaque membre de **votre équipe**

**Pilotage de la Performance & Gestion Opérationnelle**:

- **Analyser et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance** (CA, taux de conversion, panier moyen, productivité)
- Assurer la** gestion financière du magasin** (caisse, remises en banque, gestion du compte d’exploitation)
- **Superviser les stocks, l’approvisionnement et organiser les inventaires**:

- **Maîtriser et utiliser les outils de prise de vue et de transformation d’images**

**Votre Profil**:

- **Expérience de 4 ans minimum** en tant que **Manager de Magasin / Responsable Retail / Directeur(trice) de Boutique / Store Manager**:

- **Expérience** réussie en **management et gestion d’équipe**dans un environnement **retail, premium ou expérientiel**:

- Forte **appétence pour la vente, la relation client et la gestion de boutique**:

- Capacité à anticiper les** besoins des clients** et à créer une **expérience client exceptionnelle**:

- Sens du **leadership**, excellent **relationnel** et **esprit entrepreneurial**:

- Aisance avec les outils digitaux (Mac, suite Google, CRM, logiciels de caisse, gestion de stock )
- Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais exigée (une autre langue est un plus)
- **Dynamisme, proactivité et réel sens de l'objectif et du résultat**.

**Une sensibilité artistique, une expérience dans le luxe, la photographie ou l’événementiel seront un véritable atout**

**Nos conditions & avantages**
- Rémunération attractive : 33 000 - 38 000 € brut/an (fixe + variable + bonus)
