Join us as **Head of Legal Product & AI**to shape the future of financial services at Qonto by leading our product Legal framework and driving AI innovation. You'll play a crucial role in building robust Legal foundations for our innovative financial products while pioneering AI adoption across our legal functions.

You will work closely with **Alexia**, our VP Legal, who brings 10 years of international law firm experience and has successfully built Qonto's Legal team from scratch to a 20-person strong department operating across Europe.

**‍‍ As a Head of Legal Product & AI at Qonto, you will**:

- Drive the development and maintenance of comprehensive Legal frameworks for existing, and new financial products (Payment, Financial Tools, Credit, etc.)
- Negotiate robust/strong contractual terms with our product partners
- Lead the implementation of AI solutions within the Legal team, other Qonto teams, and the Qonto product itself, establishing best practices and governance frameworks.
- Drive the adoption of innovative Legal tech solutions across the department and the company
- Ensure seamless Legal compliance across all European markets where Qonto operates
- Partner with product, tech, operations, regulatory, and other teams to provide expert legal guidance ’
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate legal compliance seamlessly into product workflows and contractual relationships with partners and third party providers

- Team Context: Collaborate with your team members (for now composed of 2 Legal Counsels and 1 intern) to execute strategic initiatives
- How we work: We maintain a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, working closely with the Product team and being part of their rituals to ensure Legal compliance without compromising innovation.

**About your future manager**
- Alexia Delahousse, our VP Legal, will be your manager:
Prior to joining Qonto, she spent 10 years working for international law firms in Paris, Tokyo, and London, specializing in Corporate M&A. She built Qonto's Legal team from the ground up and has significant experience in scaling Legal functions and implementing Legal tech solutions. Her scope covers all of Qonto's markets, and she's passionate about developing her team members' skills and supporting their growth.

About You:

- Fintech Expertise: You have substantial experience in the fintech or payment sectors, with a proven track record of handling Legal frameworks for financial products.
- AI Implementation: You understand the intersection of AI and Legal processes, with experience in implementing or overseeing AI-driven solutions in a Legal context.
- Product Legal Experience: You have demonstrated success in creating and maintaining terms and conditions for financial products, particularly in credit-related services.
- Strategic Thinking: You can balance business objectives with Legal requirements while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Leadership Skills: You have experience leading cross-functional teams and can drive collaboration between Legal and product teams effectively.**Perks**
