Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely. **Your Mission** We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Design team at BlaBlaCar integrated in the Product Direction. You will work for the Search squad and will contribute in building the best experience for all markets, aligning user needs, business needs and time-to-market delivery by translating high supply complexities and constraints into a seamless experience for our users. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will be a key part of the Design Team composed of 10 talented designers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with Engineers, PMs, Researchers, Content designers, PMMs and our Design System Manager. Our product discovery approach is based on the FOCUSED methodology and our design system PIXAR is a key part of our delivery process. **Your Responsibilities**: - ** Strategic Impact**: Influence the quarterly roadmap to ensure design delivers the highest value aligned with business goals. - ** Problem Definition & Data-informed Design**: Collaborate with the PM and research teams to define clear user problems, leveraging data and user insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve solutions. - ** End-to-End Design**: Lead the design process from concept to QA, delivering high-fidelity prototypes and leveraging the design system for consistency and efficiency. - ** Cross-functional Coordination**: Act as the bridge between design, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and continuous feedback loops. - ** Mentorship & Team Leadership**: Share expertise, mentor junior designers, and contribute to elevate the overall design skills within the team. - ** Continuous Improvement**: Regularly assess and refine designs based on performance, user feedback, and evolving market trends. **Your Qualifications**: - ** End-to-end expertise**: Ability to simplify complex user journeys into scalable, intuitive, and delightful experiences. - ** Design leadership**: Guide the design process from concept to delivery, mentor junior designers, and elevate team design quality. - ** Information Architecture**: Mastery in organizing and structuring information for intuitive navigation across diverse markets. - ** Data-driven design**: Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and using data to inform and iterate on design solutions. - ** Content & Visual Design**: Create cohesive, intuitive interfaces while adhering to brand and content guidelines. - ** Communication & storytelling**: Effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and incorporate feedback. - ** Fluent in English.** **What we have to offer**: - Full remote possible in the country of employment - 4 additional weeks of Maternity leaves and Paternity leaves paid - Financial support for home office equipment - Minimum 25 days holiday per year - Local meal plan policies (Swile card in France) - 50% transportation paid in France (Forfait Mobilité Durable) - Relocation package and visa support - Free unlimited carpooling & bus rides - Personal growth via trainings, mentorship, and internal mobility programs - Employee Stock ownership plan - Regular team building events - Mental health support through Moka.care - Paid leave - "be the member day" **Interested in joining the ride?
