Teads is looking for a motivated Sales person to join our growing Agency division. As a **Sales Manager Agency**, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic agencies for Teads.

Your main mission will be to promote the sale of our solutions to agencies and direct advertisers.

**Your main responsibilities will be to**
- Develop a **relationship of trust** with existing clients
- Ensure a **regular presence** with your clients: meetings, presentations, events...
- Identify **new business opportunities**:

- Provide a strong **consulting dimension** and a **high-quality service**:

- Propose **relevant media recommendations **adapted to your clients' needs
- Work in close **collaboration** with the various internal areas of expertise (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform...) in order to best meet client requirements
- Build and negotiate **annual partnerships**:

- Ensure sales targets are met

**Experience/background**
- A first successful experience (3 years as a minimum) in **prospecting**, developing the **loyalty** of **key accounts** and selling online media is particularly appreciated
- You have a very good knowledge of the **Media/Advertising ecosystem,** and you like to keep up to date with innovations in this sector
- Knowledge of online video solutions is a real plus
- You have **excellent interpersonal skills** and a very good level of speech
- Curious, dynamic, you show initiative on a daily basis and enjoy **working in a team**:

- Adaptable, flexible and a good listener, you have a strong sense of customer service and like to find solutions
