**Objectif**

Créer une expérience client unique, innovante et inspirante, qui prend en compte le style de vie FREE PEOPLE, et l’image de la marque. Tout en assurant la gestion du magasin, afin de stimuler les ventes et de garantir la rentabilité du magasin.

**Attentes**
- Dépasser les attentes en matière de service client en s’acquittant des responsabilités suivantes:

- Bâtir de véritables relations avec les clients.
- Saluer tous les clients dès qu’ils entrent dans le magasin.
- Suggérer au client de garder ses articles à la caisse ou dans la cabine d’essayage.
- Déterminer les besoins du client et proposer des suggestions et alternatives.
- Utiliser toutes les ressources du service clientèle.
- Proposer de rechercher un produit en rupture de stock sur le site internet ou dans un autre magasin.
- Aider à maintenir le visuel du magasin et ses standards opérationnels.
- Respecter toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.
- Maintenir un haut niveau de sensibilisation et d’intérêt pour la prévention des pertes.

- Assurer une bonne dernière impression aux clients pendant la préparation des produits en s’acquittant des responsabilités suivantes:

- Commentez les articles achetés.
- Se renseigner pour savoir si l’achat est un cadeau nécessitant un emballage.
- Scanner les transactions efficacement - émettre un reçu.
- Démontrer une connaissance de la politique de retour.
- Savoir utiliser le téléphone du magasin.
- Exécuter toutes les fonctions de la caisse.
- Maintenir l’organisation de la caisse, la propreté et le réapprovisionnement.

**Job Title**: Stylist (Sales Associate)

**Reports To**:Store Management Team

**Objective**

To create a unique, innovative and inspirational customer experience; encompassing the Free People lifestyle and brand image, while maintaining all store operations and goals, resulting in driving sales and ensuring a profitable store.

**Expectations**
- Exceed the customer’s service expectations by meeting the following responsibilities:

- Build genuine relationships with customers.
- Greet all customers upon entering the store.
- Offer to hold items for the customer at the cash wrap or in the fitting room.
- Determine the customer’s needs and offer suggestions and alternatives.
- Utilize all customer care resources.
- Offer to locate out of stock product from direct or from another store.
- Assist in maintaining store merchandising and operational standards.
- Uphold all company policy and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for Loss Prevention.
- Facilitate the zones of the floor based on business needs.

**Also may include**:

- Ensure a positive final impression of customer care at the cash wrap by meeting the following responsibilities:

- Comment on items purchased.
- Inquire if their purchase is a gift that will need to be wrapped.
- Ring transactions efficiently - issue a receipt.
- Compare signatures on back of card and on the POS Screen.
- Demonstrate knowledge of return policy.
- Practice proper phone etiquette.
- Perform all register functions.
- Train new stylists on Register University.
- Maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness and restock.
